Do you buy vintage clothing?

Here at ThreadUp we seek the best pieces of vintage clothing from all sources, if you feel you have a piece we might be interested in feel free to contact us.

What is your return policy?

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal) will require a handling & processing fee, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

What are the payment options?

We accept cash, debit or credit cards, PayPal and mobile payments.
